Our principles
- Everyone has the right to be safe. Every child and vulnerable adult is entitled to protection, regardless of age, gender, disability, background or circumstances.
- Concerns are taken seriously. Any concern or allegation is listened to, recorded and acted on promptly and respectfully.
- Young voices matter. As a youth-led organisation, we listen to young people and involve them in decisions that affect them.
- Confidentiality is respected. Information about a concern is shared only with those who need to know in order to keep someone safe.

Raising a concern
If you are worried about the safety of a child or vulnerable person, please contact us straight away through the Contact page. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the local police or emergency services first.
